As indicated above, the prevalence of these diagnosis’s and symptoms is staggeringly high. If you work with women in any capacity, whether a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, yoga instructor, chiropractor, manual therapist, or similar, you will encounter one, if not several of the above symptoms. What does testing look like?
To become a Certified Instructor, you must pass a series of tests including testing on the anatomy/physiology of the core/pelvic floor. Review and pass videos on each session from Phase I, attend an in-person seminar and complete 3, paid case studies. Yes, you get paid for your case studies!
Sounds intense? It kind of is, but don’t let that stop you! I will be with you every step of the way to help you thrive so you can bring hope and empowerment to women near you!
What does the certification process cost?
- $800 for PIF
- Two payments of $425
- Four payments of $225
Once you become certified, you will able to teach Heal & Seal in your community. You will have flexibility of scheduling sessions on your own time with the freedom to bring your children with you to work as I do mine.
Most importantly, you become part of the Heal & Seal family. This means weekly coaching calls with a coach. Monthly training with all Heal & Seal Instructors. All documents, programming, finances etc will be managed by Heal & Seal. All you have to do is reach and teach.
There is a minimum monthly certification fee of $250 due or 30% of your intake up to $600 a month to maintain your certification and participate in weekly and monthly training. All instructors may take a sabbatical from teaching for personal, mental, physical, or maternal reasons with no obligation to the monthly certification fee. Lastly, all instructors may be eligible to become a Heal & Seal Instructor Coach, where he or she receives a portion of the certification fee of those he or she coaches.
